CyprusFlightPass is a web-based platform hosted and controlled by the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Cyprus. Users of this platform are deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions. You must therefore read the Terms and Conditions before you can proceed to register your details.
The protection of public health and of the healthcare system as well as the welfare of you and your family is of the highest priority to the Republic of Cyprus.
The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works and the Ministry of Health respect the rights of the users of the platform CyprusFlightPass. Where a user provides information, the data will be used only for reasons of public health and public interest. It should be noted that it may be necessary for the protection of public health to pass your information to a third party. Any other processing or disclosure of the relevant information would not be permitted other than in the circumstances referred to above.
For general web browsing, no personal information is revealed to us, although certain statistical information may be made available to us via our Internet service provider to create summary statistics, which allow us to assess the number of visitors to our site and to identify what pages are accessed most frequently. We use these statistics to help us make the platform more user-friendly.

Your personal details will be treated with the highest standard of security and confidentiality, strictly in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), as amended.
