Vaccinated Passengers

The vaccination certificate is considered acceptable if all of the below apply:

1. The vaccine has been administered by the public authorities of the countries below.
2. The vaccine administered is either one of the approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) or the Sputnik (Gam-COVID-Vac)  or the Sinopharm (BBIBP COVID-19) Vaccine. 
3. All of the required doses of the respective vaccine have already been administered.
4. The required time frame has elapsed between the administration of the final dose and the date of travel.

It is noted that upon their arrival in the Republic of Cyprus, vaccinated passengers will not be excluded from any RT-PCR laboratory sampling examination, which may be carried out by the Ministry of Health and the strict implementation of the health protocols in force in the Republic of Cyprus.

Please note that in the case of a person who has been administered with a combination of different types of the above vaccines (eg 1st dose Vaxzevria (AstraZeneca) and second dose Pfizer-BioNTech), at the stage of completing the application for the purpose of obtaining the cyprusflightpass the vaccine administered to him/her  as a second dose has to be declared, recording at the same time as the first dose the date of administration of  the first vaccine.

Time Frame for travel purposes

Janssen/Johnson & Johnson Vaccine
Fourteen (14) days must have elapsed between the completion of the required dose of the vaccine (1-dose vaccine) and the date of travel.

Vaxzervia Vaccine (AstraZeneca)
With the completion of the required doses of the vaccine.

Pfizer-BioNTech Vaccine
With the completion of the required doses of the vaccine.

Moderna Vaccine
With the completion of the required doses of the vaccine.

Sputnik (Gam-COVID-Vac) Vaccine
With the completion of the required doses of the vaccine.

Sinopharm (BBIBPCOVID-19) Vaccine
With the completion of the required doses of the vaccine.

Sinovac (CoronaVac) Vaccine
With the completion of the required doses of the vaccine.
